Project Overview:
Additions and renovations to upgrade an existing pharmacy to meet the USP 800 minimum requirements for a cancer rehabilitation facility in Fairhope, AL. The project includes site preparations for a temporary portable pharmacy that will be utilized during construction. Work includes the following activities; demolition of interior walls, ceilings, and mechanical systems. New work will include; a small addition to the building, interior finishes, and a new mechanical system with controls.

Client: University of South Alabama Health

Estimated Construction Completion Date: July 2025

Construction Contract: $1,683,000.00

SF: 800sf of pharmacy renovations, and 150sf new construction addition.

Primary Use: Pharmacy for a cancer rehabilitation facility.  

Design Contract: TRO Jung Brannen

Construction Contract: Hanto and Clarke General Contractors, LLC.
