Biosafety

 

The University of South Alabama Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) oversees the inventory, review, and approval of all biological hazards use and safety practices. The IBC acts in accordance with guidelines and regulations established by the National Institutes of Health (NIH), the Centers for Disease Control, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and applicable state and local authorities.
