Who We Are

The South Alabama Center for Business Analytics, Real Estate, and Economic Development (CREED) works closely with the Department of Economics and Finance at the Mitchell College of Business to promote the real estate education at the University of South Alabama. The Center regularly seeks input from its Advisory Board and industry representatives to maintain quality real estate curriculum. The Center strives to educate students about abundant career prospects in real estate by hosting career fairs and expanding internship opportunities. The South Alabama Center for Business Analytics, Real Estate, and Economic Development offers continuing education classes to the professionals holding a real estate license. Credits can be earned by attending CREED’s annual conference or, by attending seminars taught by the Mitchell College of Business faculty members.
