Syllabus Syllabus for all sections and members of the JMB

Class Conflict Form This form is for any student who needs to register for another course that conflicts with the regularly scheduled marching band course.

Absence Excuse Form This form should be filled out any time a member must miss a rehearsal. Directors will review each request for approval.

Intent Form This form is to be filled out once you have been accepted into the JMB. Anytime your information changes, you are able to click this link and edit your previous responses as long as you are logged into the same email account you used to fill out the form previously.
