Allergy Shots

USA Student Health Clinic administers allergy injections as a service to our students. We do not provide allergy testing. The initial dose of your allergy injection formula must be given by your allergist. SH will store your injections in a temperature monitored refrigerator, administer your shot under a physicians supervision, and provide emergency treatment in case of a reaction to your allergy shots.

We require written orders signed by your allergist and submitted to USA Student Health by fax (251) 414-8227 or email studenthealth@southalabama.edu

• To schedule an appointment you can call (251) 460-7151 or come in-person to student health.
• Please allow 30-45 minutes for your appointment.
• No appointments will be made after 3:45.
• Patients must wait a minimum of 30 minutes after allergy injection and check out with the nurse prior to leaving the clinic.
